Unity Agency Changes

The forms below are for submitting changes for employees/users in Unity (Add, Delete, or Update). For all other requests, please email support@iatinsurance.com.

To strengthen account security and better protect our shared data, IAT is implementing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for all Unity users. Upon login, you will be prompted to set up MFA if you haven’t already. Shared accounts will no longer function once MFA is enabled. Each user must have their own login credentials tied to a unique email address. If your agency needs to request individual accounts, please fill out the form below to get started.
