IAT Gives: Answering the Call to Make a Difference Together
At IAT Insurance Group, we believe success comes with a responsibility to give back. Our founder, Peter Kellogg, established a culture grounded in the idea that when we have the ability to help others, we have a responsibility to do so. Today, that belief continues to shape who we are and how we show up for our employees, partners, policyholders, and communities.

Through IAT Gives, our companywide giving and community engagement program, employees come together to support causes that matter most and create meaningful change in communities across the country.
Giving Back Is Part of Who We Are
We believe giving back is deeply personal. Everyone has causes, organizations, and communities that hold special meaning, which is why IAT Gives empowers employees to make an impact in ways that are meaningful to them.
Through our Charitable Matching Contribution Program, employees can Answer the call by supporting eligible nonprofit organizations with company matching contributions. Employees can also stand shoulder to shoulder Together by using Volunteer Time Off (VTO) to dedicate time to charitable organizations that align with their passions.
By giving employees the opportunity to contribute financially and through service, IAT Gives creates shared ownership in our mission to make a difference. Every donation, volunteer hour, and act of kindness help strengthen the communities where we live and work.
Supporting Our Partners
We also extend our culture of giving through IAT Gives, Together, an exclusive Charitable Matching Contribution Program for IAT's premier Sapphire partners. When Sapphire partners donate to eligible nonprofit organizations they care about, IAT makes an additional contribution to help amplify the impact of their generosity.
Making an Impact Through Action
Each year, IAT Gives brings employees together to support organizations addressing critical needs in our communities. In 2026, IAT provided support to Global Empowerment Mission (GEM) to aid disaster relief and recovery efforts following two powerful earthquakes in Venezuela. We also continued our partnership with Move For Hunger, rallying employees through our annual Charitable Walking Challenge to help provide meals to families facing food insecurity.
These efforts represent just a few examples of how IAT employees come together to answer the call when help is needed most.
