Accountability Starts At The Top
IAT’s inclusion and diversity efforts are sponsored by our CEO and actively supported by the senior leadership team. Progress takes measurement, so senior leadership meets regularly to review and assess the effectiveness of our efforts. Additionally, inclusion and diversity competencies and goals are tied to managers’ performance reviews to maintain consistency across the company.
In our annual workplace culture survey, employees share their sentiments around inclusion, trust, and belonging. These results are shared with all employees each year, and based on their feedback and insights, we explore and implement new programs and workplace benefits

Training, Learning, and Development
Navigate your career growth and develop leadership skills at IAT University, which offers a range of courses, programs, and training tools. IAT University is also home to dedicated inclusion & diversity courses, including a half-day Unconscious Bias Awareness Training workshop.
