IAT Gives

A Company that Supports Giving Back

We believe in supporting the communities in which we live, work and play. Through our Charitable Match Program, IAT provides a matching contribution on a three-to-one basis for charitable donations made by any individual employee. The employee's contribution may be between $25-$200 and must go to a 501c(3) charity as designated by the IRS.

Additionally, employees are encouraged to use eight hours of Volunteer Time Off during regularly scheduled work hours to support these efforts.

Giving Month

Since October 2016, IAT has annually observed Giving Week. In 2022, we expanded the event to Giving Month to provide more time for employees to come together to create a lasting impact in their communities. During the month, philanthropic activities are organized by employees, site leaders and managers alike to promote team building and giving back to the places we call home. In addition, IAT shares reminders of our charitable benefits throughout the year and encourages employees to share their #WhyIGive stories.

"As a child I volunteered with my grandmother at Hope Haven, a part of Union Ministries, in Virginia Beach, VA. The Union Mission Ministries serves the poor and homeless in the community through providing food, shelter and recovery programs. We donated items and helped with cleaning the shelter. Now, I give to them so they can continue to assist those in need."
