A Company that Supports Giving Back

We believe in supporting the communities in which we live, work and play. Through our Charitable Match Program, IAT provides a matching contribution on a three-to-one basis for charitable donations made by any individual employee. The employee's contribution may be between $25-$200 and must go to a 501c(3) charity as designated by the IRS.

Additionally, employees are encouraged to use eight hours of Volunteer Time Off during regularly scheduled work hours to support these efforts.
