Insurance Answers Together not only reflects the promise we make to agents, policyholders, and each other – it also embodies the way we strive to positively impact the world around us.
Through our IAT Gives program, employees can Answer the call through our Charitable Matching Contribution Program or stand shoulder to shoulder Together by using Volunteer Time Off.
Making a difference takes many forms, and we’re honored to help our employees support causes that matter to them.
IAT’s Charitable Matching Contribution Program
Our Charitable Matching Contribution Program helps amplify the impact of employee giving. We offer two ways to Answer the call:
- Core Tier (4-to1 Match): For donations of $25–$200, IAT matches at a 4-to-1 ratio – turning a $50 gift into $250 for 501(c)3 non-profits
- Plus Tier (1-to-1 Match): For gifts of $1,000 or more, the Plus Tier offers a dollar-for-dollar match for 501(c)3 non-profits
All matched contributions are made in the employee’s name.
Volunteer Time Off
IAT offers two paid Volunteer Time Off benefits to support causes employees care about Together – either with colleagues or on their own time:
- VTO-P: Personal Volunteer Time Off: Each employee receives eight hours of paid time off annually to volunteer individually with a nonprofit organization of their choice.
- VTO-C: Company-Sponsored Volunteer Time Off: When teams volunteer together, we amplify the impact. For groups of four or more employees volunteering at 501(c)3 nonprofits, IAT will make a charitable donation on the team’s behalf.
